Shopping for adequate food and supplements can be a difficult task. One would like to trust every grocery store, every shelf, and every item on the shelf. Costco has many organic fruits and vegetables. This store also has many  organic meats and can provide a larger quantity for a cheaper price. Please read labels closely, paying special attention to the ingredients.

• Natural Grocers:

In this store one can be a bit more relaxed in monitoring organic versus non organic as all produce  in this store is organic. This store has bacon with no sugar added as well as no preservatives, raw cheese (which will allow the natural enzymes to be available to optimize digestion). Rudis sourdough as well as the Ezekiel bread is available here and the Siete brand tortillas and taco shells.  Depending on the diet that is best for you as instructed by your healthcare provider will determine if these products are allowed for your specific diet needs to gain optimal health and wellness. The glass jars of peppers, olives, and other condiments are without toxic preservatives here as well. 

• Market Street:

This market has less of the organic and grass fed options however, there are still options available at this location for someone being mindful of health and wellness and therefore food choices. Happy Eggs are sold here, the yellow cart is very good and the blue cart is optimal (the more yellow the yolk the more rich in nutrients). This store is much larger and one must know where the more optimal food choices are at as the store is much larger and will take a greater amount of time to delve through the isles to find the items whereas at Natural grocers the store is smaller and more mindful of food selections sold to the public.
